Volunteer Programme

As a non-profit institution, the NAGB relies on volunteers for workshops, camps, events, and in the Mixed Media museum store. If you are interested in volunteering your time, please contact us at info@nagb.org.bs

Volunteers have been the cornerstones for museums worldwide, thus volunteers are treasured gems at NAGB. Volunteers have the opportunity to devote their time, experience and skills to several departments within the gallery. The departmental opportunities that the NAGB has to offer to volunteers are the following:

Internship and Work-Study Programmes

Internships and work-study are the best way to acquire experience in a desired field of study. The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas offers internships and work-study programmes within several galleries departments are as follows:
