On this week’s “NAGB’s Blank Canvas,” your host Amanda Coulson meets with Denzel Lightbourn, the first Bahamian to sell an NFT internationally, and Deime Ubani, who has conceived and is assisting to curate and organise the next group show at the NAGB: “Evolution of the Arc.” Lightbourne, a Freeport native, is one of the winners of the Central Bank Open Call for public art last year. Deime Ubani is a Bahamian mixed media contemporary abstract artist, who also designs and manufactures Bahamian home decor and accessories. “Evolution of the Arc,” which is an Open Call for all artists to submit work about the evolution of our beloved archipelago to be exhibited at the NAGB.
