Venue rentals

Perched on a ridge overlooking historic Nassau and its harbour, the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas offers a one-of-a-kind setting for your next special event. Housed in the beautifully restored Villa Doyle, the museum is an unforgettable venue for intimate weddings, private dinners, concerts, birthday celebrations, and fundraising events.

Overview and booking

The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas (NAGB) welcomes private and public events in our unique and historic space. As an active museum with a year-round programme of exhibitions and educational offerings, our first priority is the protection of our collection and the integrity of our programming.

To ensure all events align with our mission and standards, all rental requests must be submitted in writing for review and approval by the Director and Operations Manager.

  • All rental applications must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to your proposed event date.
  • A date is not considered on hold until you receive written confirmation of an approved rental request form.
  • A booking is not confirmed until full payment is received.
  • NAGB members are given first consideration for bookings.
  • The NAGB reserves the right to decline any request or adjust confirmed dates if museum programming needs take precedence and full payment has not yet been made.
