The NAGB is celebrating the Chinese year of the Dog with a call for Potcakes. Would you like to share your experience of observing, owning or knowing a potcake? Bahamian artists are welcome to submit works in any medium: painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, photography, video, textile, installation and mixed media.

NAGB Mural Call: Tellin’ We Story

The MMSAC is looking or two artists to conceive a mural on public and NAGB walls along with MMSAC campers. Not only will you make amazing art, you will facilitate an amazing experience for young Bahamians. The theme is ‘Tellin’ We Story: Narrating National Identity”. From Columbus to Junkanoo Poster Competition

“From Columbus to Junkanoo” features work that references historical events in The Bahamas from the 14th century to the present day. The exhibition first opened in Santiago, Cuba in July 2015 as a component of the Bahamian delegation at the Fiesta del Fuego. The NAGB launches a poster competition to support the exhibition.
