NAGB Mobile Photo Challenge
To all photographers—from hobbyists to professionals: we challenge you to take some amazing photos with us this week! We want to see your observational and compositional skills at work along with your creativity in exploring abstractions, graphic lines, shadows and more using just your phone camera. Be sure to tag us @nagb242 and use the hashtag #NAGBMobilePhotoChallenge so we can highlight your amazing submissions.
Teacher’s Sip ‘n Paint
Teachers, you are often the inspiration behind some of the most amazing young artists. Being in the classroom makes it easy to forget that you are artists too, so this event is all about you. No presentations and breakout room discussions, just a chance to create and have fun! Join us next week Friday for a virtual Sip ‘n Paint hosted by the lovely artist June Collie. We will provide all painting supplies which you will collect from the NAGB after you’ve registered online. Be sure to have your favorite sip nearby while you paint, or you can just paint! Drawing Workshop for Teens
We end our “Get Set for Fall” activities with an interactive drawing workshop for teenagers. This drawing workshop will give participants the opportunity to experiment with different drawing styles and materials. It’s a great opportunity to expand your portfolios for applications to art schools too! We will provide all materials, which you will collect from the NAGB after registration.
