Reporting from Gambier Mask Making Workshop

The NAGB held a mask decorating workshop at Gambier Primary’s recent fundraising event on Saturday, May 21. In light of the NAGB’s new temporary exhibition, EN MAS’: Carnival, Junkanoo and Performance Art of The Caribbean, the NAGB partnered with artist John Beadle, who designed the masks, to give the students and community residents a chance to get creative with public performance in mind.
