On tonight’s Blank Canvas your host Amanda Coulson, NAGB Executive Director, is joined by artists John Paul Saddleton and June Collie.
Saddleton and Collie speak to their practices and their recent experiences as artists-in-residence at The Current at Bahamar, where they focused on developing new works over a period of several months. They discuss the positive impact the residency has had on their artistic growth and Saddleton in particular shares insights on his exhibition “Transition”, which opened at the NAGB on June 20th, 2019.
An Open Studio for “Transition” will be held at the museum on June 6th, 2019 at 5 p.m.
