On tonight’s “Blank Canvas” we are talking about the exciting new initiative between the NAGB and the University of The Bahamas (UB). The NAGB and UB recently signed a memo of understanding allowing for greater and closer collaboration.
Joined in the studio by Walteria Tucker-Rolle, the Chair of Communications and Arts at UB, and by Heino Schmid and Keisha Oliver, both Associate Professors in the Art department at UB, to talk about their ideas as to how to use this agreement to allow the NAGB to complement their already-dynamic arts programme. Students will get credits for interning at the NAGB and will be exposed to our world-class expertise thereby allowing young Bahamians to have more diverse careers.
Blank Canvas airs every Wednesday at 6:30 PM on 96.9 FM Guardian Talk Radio.
