Flux is a duo exhibition featuring Family Island artists Sann Sann Lam and Emmanuel Pratt Clarke, whose work reflects the constant state of flux inherent in island living—where endings become catalysts for new beginnings.

Drawing on philosophies from global cultures and folk religions—such as the Hindu concept of Samsara and Chinese Daoism—Flux examines transformation and the ephemeral nature of existence. Lam and Clarke explore how loss gives way to renewal, inviting viewers to consider the cycles of change, where natural disasters and loss coexist with joy, growth, and the beauty of the present moment.

Project
From emerging artists debuting new work to established artists showing experiments that lie outside their regular practice, the Project Space serves as a platform to support the creative community while providing an honest and open gauge for what is happening in Bahamian art in the current moment.
