Transaction policy

This policy applies to all purchases, donations, registrations, and recurring payments made through the NAGB website.

Payment security
Online payments are processed through a secure payment platform using industry-standard encryption. NAGB does not store full credit card details. Please review your payment details carefully before completing a transaction.

Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 7 days, and we will review your request. Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time.

Event registrations and tickets
Event registrations and ticket purchases are non-refundable unless NAGB cancels or reschedules the event. In that case, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their registration. If you cannot attend an event, contact us—transfers may be permitted at our discretion.

Merchandise
Merchandise sales are final unless an item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Recurring payments
If you authorise a recurring donation or payment, your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the agreed interval. You may cancel at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to “Manage payments”, or
  • Contacting us directly at info@nagb.org.bs

Cancellation applies to future payments only and does not refund amounts already processed. If your payment method expires or fails, we may contact you to update your details. We will notify you in advance of any change to a recurring payment amount.

Payment disputes
If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly.
