After the expiration of 7 days, your purchase shall be deemed final. Donations and reoccurring payments are non-refundable after 7 days and recurring payments must be manually canceled.

For cancellation of Recurring/Automatic Payments, you can log into the website and navigate to Your Account Page to manage or cancel your payments. To request cancel a recurring payment Click on your account details and to see your subscription order details of cost and frequency or to cancel a subscription. You will then receive an email notification to confirm and finalize the cancellation of the reoccurring payment.
