The Middle Passage

For Transforming Spaces: Fibre, artist Jeffrey Meris transformed the Project Space into a narrow passage. Strips of plywood covered with cotton filled the room from floor to ceiling. The wide opening narrows as it nears the exit, making for an intimate and uncomfortable experience for the viewer.

Projects
From emerging artists debuting new work to established artists showing experiments that lie outside their regular practice, the Project Space serves as a platform to support the creative community while providing an honest and open gauge for what is happening in Bahamian art in the current moment.
