The NAGB is asking for anybody who wishes to make a mark in the neighbourhood to have a hand in the creating of a community park, to come out and get involved!! The cleanup will be taking place over the weekend of April 23rd and 24, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am – 3 pm daily.
The NAGB will be doing its best to engage its members and visitors with three new shows that open collectively on April 28, 2016. They include: EN MAS’: Carnival, Junkanoo and Performance Art of the Caribbean, From Columbus to Junkanoo and Livingstone Pratt’s Genesis: The beginning of souls in time.

Heating up the region’s cultural arena at the Fiesta del Fuego, the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas recently traveled to Santiago, Cuba to represent The Bahamas at the festival’s pop-up gallery. Santiago is the island nation’s second-largest city and former capital. The city, said to be situated in the heart of the Caribbean, celebrates its 500th anniversary this year.
