The NAGB’s Art Park is the site of the first African hospital (1780) in Nassau, The Bahamas. In 2016, the site was refurbished to introduce visitors to NAGB’s outdoor sculpture collection. Featured in this sculpture walk are eight artworks that reflect the deep history and cultures of The Bahamas. These site-specific sculptures highlight the far-reaching significance of the garden’s location to The Bahamas and the Caribbean region. Find accompanying audio guides to usher you through an enchanting musical landscape and inspirational stories from each Bahamian artist.
