Sculpture Walk

Welcome to naturesPULSE virtual sculpture walk

NAGB’s Art Park is the site of the first African hospital (1780) in Nassau, The Bahamas. In 2016, the site was refurbished to introduce visitors to NAGB’s outdoor sculpture collection. Featured in this sculpture walk are eight artworks that reflect the deep history and cultures of The Bahamas. The accompanying audio guides usher us through an enchanting musical landscape and inspirational stories from each Bahamian artist. These site specific sculptures (such as Where We Belong by Antonius Roberts) highlight the far-reaching significance of the garden’s location to The Bahamas and the Caribbean region. Please enjoy this virtual sculpture walk and we look forward to your visit. When visiting our Sculpture Park be sure to click on the photos below to use our numbered audio guide as you stroll through the garden.
